"Alex from this office is ridiculous. He provided my ex with a quote, but called me multiple times, and then was dismissive when asked not to call MY phone number to try to get in touch with my ex. Alex told him if he wanted my number removed from the contact list, that he would have to call Alex — like he was holding my number hostage. All over a quote that was $5 cheaper than his current policy. My ex tried to call and email to get the issue resolved, to no avail. This is not good customer service, just dogged intent."

"Incredible customer service. Insurance is one of those necessary evils that we all need, but Lizette and her team bend over backwards for you and make it as easy as possible. If you ever need them when you're in an accident, they make the process fast and painless. They are true team players. I had the privilege of working with Bridget on getting my new driver son set up and she was so helpful. I had to call her multiple times with a bunch of questions and she had a great attitude and helped me the entire time. I can't recommend this agency enough."

"I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Taylor Smith account manager with Lizette Cochran insurance agency in Palm Harbor. I was recently notified by my home owners insurance provider that my premium would be increasing. It turned out more than double my previous rate which would lead to a significant change in my monthly payment. I reached out to Lizette Cochran insurance agency and met Taylor Smith account manager. She listened to my story of what was taking place and immediately sympathized with my current predicament. She then assured me that everything would be all right, and then I had several options. She was extremely knowledgeable about homeowners insurance policies and explained to me that everything would be all right. She immediately set out to find me more affordable Insurance and got back to me within one week. She was able to find a new provider with only a slight increase in premiums. Taylor navigated the entire process for me and walked me through everything that needed to be done. She was always very kind and understanding and explained everything to me as the process went forward. Taylor performed all of the legwork and got me new insurance. There are not enough words in the English language for me to express all of my heartfelt appreciation and loyalty to this insurance company. I have been with Lizette Cochran for over 10 years now and will continue to With them for the future to come. Taylor is very professional and very caring and I trust her completely. She is that rare find In the insurance world that actually cares for people very very much. Thank you, Taylor for all that you have done."
