"my mom happened to request a quote online and now we have auto insurance here. we have been beyond satisfied. state farm was strict about credit scores in the past but we were pleased to find out a lot has changed since then and we were approved for the policy. absolutely fantastic pricing. the service staff is very patient and they know their stuff. taylor made the initial sale easy as pie. the service staff go above and beyond to help us. i have had the pleasure of meeting lizette and she is an extremely professional and kind person. with many years of experience behind her. she told me about her early days in insurance and it was very inspiring. this is also one of the nicer looking state farm offices in the tampa bay area. we had to call the after hours corporate number one time and we also had a great experience with that rep (aside from the hold times LOL). we dont plan on leaving and we refer everyone here."
